Mr. Walid Semaan: General Manager
Mr. Semaan is the founder and director of MATRIX Training Research & Consulting, a company specialized in statistical training and research and main director of Matrix BiostatistiX. Since 1999, he is teaching applied statistics and data analysis at the Saint Joseph University for masters students as well as MBA one. In parallel, he is a trainer in the fields of research and implementation of statistical applications for international companies. Mr. Semaan is the author of Applied Biostatistics and Epidemiology which he wrote with Dr. Pascale Salameh. He is also the author of the Applied Statistics for All three volumes.



Dr. Pascale Salameh : medical and clinical research advisor
Pascale Salameh, PharmD, MPH, PhD. Mrs. Salameh is a pharmacist holding a PhD in epidemiology from Bordeaux-2 University - France. She is the manager of the medical department at MATRIX TRC. Since 1998, she is teaching applied biostatistics and epidemiology in several Lebanese universities. In parallel, she is a trainer and researcher in the fields of biostatistics and pharmaceutical sciences, working for international companies such as Algorithm, affiliated to Biogen and Amgen.


She is the author of more than 30 publications in peer reviewed journals in the fields of epidemiology, biostatistics, and pharmacy, such as the European Journal of Epidemiology, Nicotine and Tobacco Research, European Journal of Public Health, European Respiratory Journal, East Mediterranean Health Journal.



Dr. Nadine Saleh : medical and clinical research advisor
Dr. Saleh is a pharmacist holding a PhD in pharmacology from the Faculty of Medicine - Paris 12 University - France and a diploma from CESAM (Centre d'Enseignement de la Statistique Appliquée à la Médecine) from the University of Pierre et Marie Curie - Paris VI- France. For several years she worked at Henri Mondor Hospital (Assistance Publique Hopitaux de Paris- A.P.H.P) as a pharmacologist and research associate. She also led several seminars for them and has presented their research results in international congresses. Dr. Saleh joined Matrix BIOSTATISTIX as a senior clinical researcher and consultant. In parallel, she teaches pharmacotherapy and pharmacology at U.S.E.K in Lebanon.


Recently, she published 4 publications in peer reviewed journals in the fields of neurology and pharmacology, such as the Neurology Journal, the Movement disorder Journal, the Plos One journal and Fundamental & Clinical Pharmacology Journal.
